Optional Off-campus Accommodation
Registration for the annual meeting includes accommodation on campus. However, if you would like to stay off campus, SGP has arranged for a special room block at the Sands of Time hotel, pictured above, at the discounted rate of $171/night. This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from MBL. To book, visit sandsoftime.client.innroad.com/group

If staying off campus, please use the "meals-only" option when registering for the meeting. In addition to the Sands of Time, there are Airbnbs and other local hotels. Note well that only Sands of Time, Treehouse Lodge, and Woods Hole Inn
are withing walking distance of MBL.

Logan Airport (BOS) in Boston, MA, and the T. F. Green Airport (PVD) in Providence, RI, are the two closest major airports. For driving directions from both airports, see the Google Map link above. Both airports are serviced by major car rental companies.
There is bus service from Logan Airport to Woods Hole via the Peter Pan Bus Lines: peterpanbus.com. The route would be Boston (Logan Airport) to Woods Hole. Round-trip fare from Logan is approximately $75. There is no direct bus service from Green Airport.
For those traveling via Boston, the bus service to Woods Hole is provided by Peter Pan Bus Lines: peterpanbus.com. The bus stops at both Logan Airport and Amtrak's South Station. Roundtrip fare is approximately $75. The last departure from Logan is 6:15 pm. The last departure from South Station is 7:00 pm. The trip to Woods Hole takes about 2 hours. Peter Pan also has service from New York City to Woods Hole.
Amtrak serves two stations in Boston, Back Bay Station and South Station. The Peter Pan bus to Woods Hole stops at South Station but not at Back Bay Station. Both Avis and Budget have a location across the street from Back Bay Station, but there are no nearby car rental agencies near South Station.
